Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a large portfolio of entities, including corporate records, governance documents, and organizational updates
- Assist with financings, restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, and related transactional matters
- Prepare and review corporate documents, resolutions, entity formations, and dissolutions
- Coordinate loan closings and support legal documentation processes
- Handle annual filings, corporate searches, registrations, and compliance-related reporting
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and treasury teams on banking and KYC matters
