Growing Real Estate & Construction Company | Vancouver, BC

We are working with a growing real estate and construction company that is hiring a Senior Accountant to support its expanding portfolio. This is a full-time, permanent role reporting directly to the VP of Finance, with strong exposure across corporate accounting, tax, reporting, and asset management.

The organization is lean, hands-on, and operates at a level typically seen in much larger groups. This role offers real ownership and clear potential to grow into an Accounting Manager or Controller position over time.

Compensation: $120,000–$130,000 base

Work model: In-office with flexible hours (no formal hybrid policy)
