Senior Controls Engineer

**Overview**



We are looking for a self-starter with excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Must be able to effectively direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, control, and timely completion of assigned engineering projects within the area of responsibility by performing duties personally or through subordinate supervision. Project emphasis is placed on safety, budgeting, work quality, quantity, and teamwork. Work effectively with all departments to establish operational efficiency of production equipment, which relates to the elimination of recurring equipment issues, continuous improvement, equipment modular quick change, and setup reduction. Supports continuous improvements through lean initiatives, automation, modification of existing equipment and processes, along with new equipment development.
