We are seeking a Senior Contracts Negotiator to join our team!

Position Summary

The Senior Contracts Negotiator leads the development and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, primarily related to aftermarket service sales and procurement activities in the aviation sector, but may also be involved in a variety of other transactions.

This role reports to the Director, Contracts, and acts as a technical specialist in contract drafting, negotiation, and transaction structuring, providing expert guidance to internal stakeholders while ensuring alignment with corporate governance and business objectives.
