Senior Contract Manager - Housebuilder - - £to 105k package Your new company We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading housebuilder operating across the South East. This is a key role where you’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple residential sites, making sure everything runs smoothly-from build quality and safety to budgets and timelines. You’ll be working closely with Site Managers, supporting and guiding them to deliver great results while keeping projects on track and customers happy. Projects vary but are typically multiphased new build schemes, Mix of both low-level apartments and traditional-built houses/townhouses, 100 - 500 unit phased projects.
