Senior Contracts Manager

Job Description:

1. Assist the Project Manager and Project Director for all Contractual and Commercial matters.
2. Manage a team of 2 Contract Engineers and Subcontracts Manager.
3. Assist the project team in forming a strong contractual position by providing the right interpretation of the Contract requirements.
4. Lead the weekly commercial meeting with the Engineer and Employer and participate in all other required internal and external meetings.
5. Draft all key formal correspondence to the Engineer, Employer, other stakeholders, and Subcontractors.
6. Review all other correspondence for the project on all topics.
7. Manage and track all open correspondence for the project and close the same within the defined timeframe.
8. Manage the achievement of Milestone Payments.
9. Manage milestone splits to achieve smooth certification and planned cash flow.
