:To support our team within the Business Unit Grid Integration, we are looking for a Senior Contract Manager to provide professional advice on a broad range of legal/contractual topics related to the business unit, including data centers and eMobility projects, in full compliance with Group directives and instructions as well as local statutory provisions.
How you’ll make an impact
Identify legal issues of concern in connection with Grid Integration projects and proactively develop effective legal strategies, mitigation actions and practical solutions in support of such projects and related business activities
Support all legal aspects in connection with the tender process, risk identification, negotiation of contracts, framework agreements, consortium agreements, settlement agreements, financial instruments, major procurement contracts.
