Senior Contract Administrator (Vaughan)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to lead our group of junior and intermediate site inspectors and contract administration team members. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in supervision and management of multiple high profile land development projects in the Greater Toronto Area. The candidate will have a well rounded background in design and project management; with an emphasis on civil infrastructure projects including local and regional roads, municipal and private sewers, stormwater facilities and pump stations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scheduling & Coordination of inspection staff
• Periodic site inspection and chairing of construction meetings
• Construction meeting minute review
• Coordination & review of project tendering and contract documentation
