Senior Contract Administrator - Tier 2 Builder - $150 mil Project

Busy and highly respected Tier 2 builder are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join the team working on a $150 mil Build to Rent project. 

The company who are well established and they specialise in government, commercial, health, education and resi jobs.
They are highly respected in what they do and due to continuous project wins are looking to add another Senior Contracts Administrator to the team to work on a brand new project.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost forecasts, monitor financial status, and prepare cash flow statements
• Provide input for financial reports to the Management Team
• Ensure site supervisory staff are aware of the project's scope of works and inclusions in tender packages
