Senior Continuity Specialist

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Continuity Specialist to join our team in Harpers Ferry, WV !

As a Senior Continuity Specialist, this position plays a critical role in supporting the customers’ COOP and SCIF facilities. This role will be onsite at the client site in Harper’s Ferry, WV.  Periodic travel may be required to Washington D.C.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Lead and manage COOP, Continuity of Operations, Mission Essential Functions (MEFs), and Essential Supporting Activities (ESAs) to ensure continuity of operations in all environments.
• Develop, maintain, and execute continuity plans including COOP, Integrated Preparedness Plan (IPP), devolution, and reconstitution planning.
• Lead the Continuity Test, Training & Exercise (TT&E) program and support designated national events and special security events.
