Senior Consultant- Test Environment

1.Provide End-to-End Test Environment consultation throughout the Testing phases. 2.Test Environment Management Strategy creation along with Client Stakeholders. 3.Test environment landscape mapping; health-check setup and monitoring. 4.Enterprise Release coordination and tracking. 5.Triage and resolution support for Incident, Problem and Service Requests. 6.Extensive experience on one of the ITSM process and associated ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.) 7.ITIL certification is preferred. Minimum years of experience: 8 years
