Job Description

Job Responsibilities
Design and configure system solutions based on business requirements and best practices.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues during project implementation and post-go-live support.
Develop functional design documents, process flow diagrams, and user manuals.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and provide go-live and post-go-live support.
Provide support for incident management and handle Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support to resolve the system issues.
Apply ERP knowledge to design scalable end-to-end solutions
Assist in project management tasks, including progress tracking, issue resolution, and change management.
Deliver user training sessions and support knowledge transfer activities.
Provide recommendations for system improvements and financial process optimization.
