Job Description

  The Client & Role: 
 We're currently working with a major financial services client who is looking to bring on a senior level strategic sourcing consultant, you would be assisting them as they undertake a major M&A project. Initially offered as a 10-month contract the role has a strong likelihood of further extension following the project timeline.
  Responsibilities:  
 Lead or contribute to major, complex and sensitive supplier negotiations, contract discussions, tender evaluations etc and provide support to reporting professionals undertaking negotiations at lower levels.
 Produce significant financial and operational benefits and cost reduction for the organisation and enhance the professionalism of external supplier management, reporting to Head of Function on success of initiatives developed.
