Senior Consultant - Strategic Programs (Regenerative Agriculture)

We are looking for a Senior Manager to architect the national scale-up of one of India’s most successful regenerative agriculture programs. Currently at a critical inflection point , the program has proven its model with 1,500+ farmers and is now ready to explode to 30,000+ and beyond .

You will be embedded as the strategic lead within the social impact arm of a global organisation . This is a ‘boots-on-the-ground‘ residency where you own the blueprint, the budget, and the legacy of a program backed by the world’s most influential philanthropic foundations.

The Role:

You are the bridge between the boardroom and the field. You will be seconded to our partner’s Mumbai headquarters to lead a high-velocity diagnostic and design the organizational engine for a state-wide expansion.
