Senior Consultant Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Own service reliability outcomes for one or more critical digital services (availability, latency, error rates), not just ticket handling.
• Lead major incident (P1/P2) management end-to-end: triage, stakeholder communications, coordination across teams, and post-incident actions.
• Drive problem management with strong root‑cause analysis (RCA) and ensure permanent fixes are prioritized and delivered.
• Define and improve runbooks, SOPs, on‑call readiness, and shift‑left activities to reduce operational load.
• Establish/track SLOs/SLIs and error budgets; use them to influence engineering priorities.
