This role will support organisational design initiatives through the assessment of existing structures and the development of a detailedfuture-state organisational framework aligned with strategic priorities. Minimum requirements: Experience in organisational design and workforce structure planning Strong diagnostic and analytical capabilities Experience working with senior leadership teams Consulting experience preferred Key Responsibilities: Conduct organisational diagnostics and structural assessments Identify improvement opportunities in current organisational structures Develop detailed future-state organisational design models Engage with senior stakeholders to support organisational alignment #J-18808-Ljbffr
