Senior Consultant- Learning (Winnipeg)

Overview

The Learning Consultant will partner with the OCM Team, Trainers, Business units subject matter experts, and IT functional team to design, support development, delivery and measure learning effectiveness for a Transformation Program. The role involves collaborating to update learning materials to facilitate achievement of individual business unit and organizational goals pre and post training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis to include audience, role/task and training environment.
• Provide training development support and oversight of instructional designers.
• Develop the training strategy and curriculum.
• Develop the course catalog.
• Conduct train‑the‑trainer sessions.
• Update training materials per business unit requirements.
• Investigate available training methods and procedures to determine the most effective manner by which to meet specific learning needs.
