My client is looking for a Senior Consultant to help companies improve how they lead and grow their people. You’ll use a mix of consulting skills, workshops, and smart technology (including AI). Projects include developing leaders, spotting talent, and changing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Consulting & Project Delivery

• Lead projects that help clients build better leaders and teams
• Run group sessions, conduct stakeholder interviews, and evaluate organisational performance and gaps
• Run workshops, give feedback, and guide development conversations
• Produce detailed written reports, key insights, project proposals, slide presentations, and strategic advice.
• Keep projects on track, maintain quality, and ensure client satisfaction

AI-Enabled Talent & Leadership Solutions

• Manage AI talent tools – assessments, 360 feedback, surveys, dashboards, and digital coaching
