POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a high-performing and strategic Senior Consultant to manage the organization’s People Excellence Program and provide operational and strategic support to the Human Capital Committee .
This role is critical in driving enterprise-wide human capital initiatives, aligning workforce strategies with business objectives, and supporting executive-level governance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR consulting and/or project management , with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, design and oversee strategic people initiatives, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to define program objectives, performance indicators, and outcomes.
Align the program with broader talent, workforce, and organizational goals.
