Job Description

The opportunity
As a Senior Consultant within the Accounting, Compliance and Reporting (ACR) practice, you will take ownership of a varied client portfolio, delivering high-quality accounting, financial reporting and fund-related services. You will be involved in day-to-day accounting activities, financial and regulatory reporting, as well as fund controlling and coordination tasks, working closely with clients and internal teams.
Your key responsibilities
Review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages and annual accounts prepared under LuxGAAP, IFRS and US GAAP, including foreign-to-local GAAP conversions.

Review and coordinate regulatory, statutory and ad-hoc reporting ( BCL, CSSF, management reporting, investor reporting, VAT and corporate income tax returns where applicable).

Oversee fund accounting and controlling activities, including NAV oversight, cash flow and liquidity monitoring, capital...
