Senior Construction Manager - Hotel Construction Development (Xico)

Job LocationThis project will be based in Las Bahamas.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic construction manager to oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, develop and deliver an overall construction strategy, and review the project in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Hire and manage subcontractors and staff, prepare and submit budgets, and ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Ensure value maximization, protect the client's reputation, mitigate risks, manage interfaces, and maintain required project controls.Qualifications- Minimum of 10 years' experience as a construction manager, managing and leading a team on construction sites.
- Engineering degree with chartered status.
