Senior Construction Laborer

**Overview**

**Travel** : Daily out of town and overnights required. Lodging and meals provided.

Shifts: Extensive pharmacy remodels require night shifts (8pm-5am). All maintenance projects and non-evasive remodels will be performed during day shift hours.

**Scope of Responsibilities:** Works independently with minimum supervision. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals

**Job Summary:** Perform construction and common labor duties necessary to remodel current store sites and/ perform general maintenance, oversee subcontractors when necessary

**Responsibilities**

**Job Duties:**

+ Installation of gondolas and store fixtures
+ Rough and finish Carpentry work
+ Installation of carpeting and floor tiles
+ Perform Minor plumbing repairs
+ Painting
