Senior Construction Estimator

At Emtec Property Services, we’re growing we’re looking for a Construction Estimator who knows their numbers but also understands what it takes to win work and deliver it properly. You’ll be involved from the early stages of projects, helping shape competitive, commercially sound tenders across a range of property and construction works.

The Role

You’ll play a key part in securing new work and supporting project delivery by preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates and tender submissions ranging from multi trade packages and smaller self-delivered package of works, which can be valued from £10K to £7M
