We are looking for Compliance Specialist who can help us with conducting supplier audits. The scope of work will be to collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure suppliers are compliant with client requirements and applicable laws.

This person will need to have legal expertise in employment law, including, but not limited to:

Ban the Box / Fair Chance acts & laws (background checks)

Employee classifications

Exempt vs Non-Exempt

Employee vs. Independent Contractor

Required legal disclosures to employees

Wage requirements and laws

EEO compliance

Meal & Rest break mandates and proper timekeeping procedures
