Senior Compliance Framework and Implementation Specialist

Your day-to-day:

1. Design, maintain and continuously enhance the Group Compliance policy framework, ensuring consistency and alignment with regulatory requirements.
2. Work closely with the First Line of Defence (1LoD) to review, challenge and validate business procedures underpinning Compliance policies, and ensure their effective operational implementation.
3. Contribute to the transformation of the Compliance function by improving processes, tools and efficiency, including the adoption of innovative solutions such as artificial intelligence.
4. Oversee, manage and govern Compliance-related risks, including risk ratings and key risk indicators.
