Senior Commercial Manager

About the Role

As Whitewater Group continues to scale across multiple international markets, we are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to take full ownership of the commercial function across our project portfolio in Ireland, Nordics and US contracts. This is a leadership role where you will build, manage, and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors.

You will be the commercial backbone of our delivery operation: ensuring every project is contracted and estimated correctly, every variation is captured and recovered, and every member of your team is performing to the highest standard. The right person for this role is someone who has done it before — experienced, organised, comfortable with large numbers, and equally comfortable managing people as they are managing contracts.
