+ Lead post-close servicing and portfolio management activities for moderately complex to complex commercial loans, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and service-level expectations.
+ Analyze, validate, and maintain loan, collateral, covenant, and customer data within systems of record to support operational accuracy and risk management.
+ Partner with Credit, Sales, Operations, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation, negotiated terms, and servicing activities align with business and compliance requirements.
