A client of ours within the legal sector is looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Attorney to join their firm.

POSITION INFO:
Location Pretoria, Gauteng Requirements: Specializing in Commercial LAW only. Minimum 6+ years' experience in specifically commercial law. Independent drafting of commercial agreements. M&A exposure will be advantageous. No litigation experience will be advantageous. Tax/Financial background will be advantageous. LLB and B. Com ( finance ) degrees LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous Responsibilities: Strong contract drafting skills Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&A's, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.). Fully computer literate (incl.
