                Location  
Pretoria, Gauteng 

Requirements:   
Specializing in Commercial LAW  only. 
Minimum 6+ years experience in specifically commercial law. 
Independent drafting of commercial agreements. 
M&A exposure will be advantageous. 
No litigation experience will be advantageous. 
Tax/Financial background will be advantageous. 
LLB and B. Com (finance) degrees 
LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous 
Responsibilities:   
Strong contract drafting skills 
Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&As, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.). 
Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel, etc.)
