Job Description
Provides senior-level technical leadership in the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise collaboration platforms, with a primary focus on Zoom or Google Workspace. Owns platform architecture, standards, and operational maturity for critical collaboration and productivity services in a highly regulated financial services environment. Leads resolution of complex, cross-domain issues and drives improvements in platform performance, reliability, and user experience. Drives root-cause analysis and corrective actions; and partners across security, network, identity, and end-user computing teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable collaboration platform services.
Designs, implements, and owns enterprise collaboration platforms such as Zoom or Google Workspace to meet business, regulatory, and operational requirements. Identifies systemic gaps and opportunities to improve resiliency, performance, and user experience.
