Job Description

Qualifications:
7-12 years of experience in the Aerospace or Power Generation Industry. Significant experience in CNC machine programming, preferably using Siemens NX for 5-axis milling and Siemens NX or GibbsCAM for turning. Extensive knowledge of machining, methods, materials, and process for optimizing tool life and part precision.
Familiarity with FANUC, Siemens Controls, Macro Programming and Probing are a plus
TYPICAL EDUCATION:
A.A.S. - Associate in Applied Science from Technical College with focus on Machining and Machine Tool Technology
Industry specific certificates for CNC programming or Traditional/Non-traditional Machining
OR
BS Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical or Aerospace)
Knowledge of techniques and tooling for machining a variety of Aerospace materials such as Nickel, Titanium, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum Alloys.
Knowledge of gas turbine manufacturing processes and 3D CAD modeling...
