Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC machinist to join our in-house engineering department, working at the forefront of classic Aston Martin engine development and restoration.
This role is centred around the machining and development of engine components — including raw cylinder head castings, engine blocks, and bespoke performance parts — supporting both restoration and our ongoing engineering programmes.
The Role
- CNC machining of raw and semi-finished cylinder heads and engine blocks
- Programming, setting and operating our Doosan CNC machinery
- Machining one-off and small batch precision components
- Working from CAD models, engineering drawings, and in some cases, developing machining strategies from first principles
- Supporting R&D projects, including our uprated Aston Martin engine programmes
