We're looking for an experienced CMT Technician or Lead Technician to transition into an office-based leadership role supporting senior project managers, dispatching field crews, coordinating equipment, and helping manage daily field operations.

This position is designed for someone who understands the field and is ready to help manage it. You'll work directly with our Senior Project Managers to coordinate technicians, schedules, equipment, and daily operations while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow into a Project Manager role with a well-established geotechnical and construction materials testing firm.
