Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer

· Lead operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.

· Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Purview, Viva, Copilot, Power Platform and Security & Compliance features.

· Implement data loss prevention (DLP), information protection, and conditional access policies to ensure secure access to Microsoft modern workplace solution within the organization.

· Collaborate with legal, IT security, and other relevant parties to understand and develop data retention and information protection policies to meet legal and regulatory requirements.

· Implement and manage Microsoft 365 compliance solutions, including data retention policies, labeling, and data loss prevention (DLP) for all M365 collaboration services including SharePoint, Exchange, and Teams.
