Senior Claims Technician

Position Summary

Ryan Specialty Service Capital Management Limited, London, is our internal broker tasked with premium and claims processing for policies issued by Ryan Specialty MGU’s. We are seeking to recruit a senior claims technician responsible for the effective and efficient processing of claims within our Internal Broker function. Location: London, UK, Fenchurch.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain claims in shared mailbox daily


• Review, reconcile and process new claim notifications, claim updates and invoices as well as monthly bordereau for various Coverholders and TPAs


• Ensure all claims are attributable to the correct parties and year of account


• Review, reconcile and maintain all reserves and fees accordingly


• Communicate with Coverholders and TPAs to verify and obtain information where necessary
