Senior Civil Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our St Albans team.

A Senior Civil Engineer at Wintech is responsible for the design and delivery of challenging schemes from inception through to project handover, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the design process and working knowledge of brief and scope documents.
• Identify scope requirements and accurately estimate timeframes for project delivery.
• Develop design concepts and undertake complex civil engineering design using Civil 3D, Causeway, or similar software.
• Manage and support the team, liaise with clients, prepare fee proposals, and deliver project briefings.
• Provide guidance, oversight, and mentoring to team members.
• Conduct design quality checks and oversee the production of design drawings.
