Hours: full time (2 days and 2 sleep nights in a row, followed by 4‑day break)

Blakelow Bank is a solo EBD home, providing a safe, caring and structured home environment for young people. As a Senior Residential Support Worker you will play a key part in running the home and meeting the needs of your young people.

• Lead by example and support junior colleagues on shift
• Promote a safe, clean and happy home environment
