Job Description

As a Senior Chef de Partie , you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes across all sections and the ensuring daily prep levels are met by our dedicated prep team. You will work closely with the Kitchen senior management, taking ownership of your section while helping to train and mentor junior chefs.
