The Role

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key leadership role within the kitchen team — overseeing your section, supporting junior chefs, and helping deliver the high standards of food quality and consistency that define the Wright Brothers experience. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you’ll take ownership of your section while contributing to the smooth day‑to‑day running of the kitchen. You’ll lead by example during service, maintain exceptional standards, and support the development of the wider kitchen team.
