You’d work for a Director of CDM nationally and a team all over the country that’ll support you all the way to become the regional ‘Head of CDM’ with a significant team under you. Locally there are a few dozen colleagues from other disciplines that you’ll work really closely with.

They don’t expect you to have any clients or win loads of work or anything. That’s all in hand.
