The ideal candidate will have SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, with Level 3 preferred, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. In addition to their hands-on care responsibilities, the Senior Care Assistant will also support the smooth running of shifts and maintain accurate care records.
