Main duties of the job

Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Other responsibilities will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person‑centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, undertaking staff supervisions, and acting as a key point for contact with residents, their relatives and visitors.
