Senior Care Assistant - Nights

ABOUT THE ROLE

Senior Care Assistant - Nights at Avon Valley Care Home in Bristol. You will support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care in a safe, caring, innovative and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor the wellbeing of each resident, noting any changes affecting care and care plans, ensuring new needs are met and written records are updated.
• Participate in the person‑centred care planning process, implementing, monitoring and conducting monthly evaluations.
• Support residents with their medication requirements.
• Conduct staff supervisions and support staff development where required.
• Act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives and visitors, and health and social care professionals, ensuring reasonable requests are acted upon and concerns or complaints are escalated.
