Pay: £13.25 - £14.84 per hour (dependent on experience)

Contract: Permanent, 33 hours per week

Shift: Day shifts

Location: The Springs Care Home, Spring Lane, Malvern, WR14 1AL

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will drive a team of Care Assistants to deliver high quality, personal care, and develop and nurture their skills.

You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen By

• Day‑to‑day responsibility for running a unit
• Supporting with clinical duties, including assisting the nurse to observe, issue medication, review care plans and accurate record keeping
• Driving and managing a team of Care Assistants, responsible for all shift handovers of the teams
