Job Purpose

To ensure that our clients receive the appropriate support and a high-quality service.

The Role

• Carry out care calls to a high standard building a strong relationship with Clients.
• Conduct client Quality Assurance visits.
• Create, update and audit client care plans and assist with digital care planning.
• Maintain accurate Client and Care Professional records on Home Instead software.
