About the Role

Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant is to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Other responsibilities include:

• Monitoring the well‑being of each resident and being aware of any changes impacting care plans.
• Updating written records to reflect any variations.
• Involved in the person‑centred care planning process by implementing, monitoring, and undertaking monthly evaluations.
• Supporting residents with medication requirements.
• Undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff development.
