Senior Care Assistant

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, you will plan and implement caring activities that support residents' safety, dignity, and independence. You will work across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes and will be responsible for delivering personalised care plans and maintaining the highest standards of care with a focus on kindness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Care Assistants and ensure the delivery of safe, caring support
• Administer medication and provide physical and mental stimulation via social and recreational activities
• Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager with day‑to‑day care tasks
• Maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with the team and residents' families
• Recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and undertake safeguarding training and action
