Senior Care Assistant - Days

We are seeking to appoint a kind, caring and motivated Senior Care Assistant to join our team. This role is located in the Morton area of Carlisle, Cumbria, supporting the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager in providing leadership to the care team and effective 24‑hour management of the home within the available resources.

Full‑time contract, hourly rate of £15.25. Shift 0745–2000, alternate weekends.

Role Responsibilities

• Promote the highest standard of person‑centred clinical nursing care to residents.
• Manage, allocate duties and supervise the care team ensuring quality delivery of care for the duration of the shift.
• Serve as a role model and demonstrate person‑centred care delivery.
