At Avery Healthcare we support the people who care for our residents. We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our award‑winning team at Seagrave House Care Home in Corby.

Responsibilities

• Support and work alongside the care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.
• Monitor the wellbeing of each resident, recognise changes impacting care and care plans, ensure new needs are met, and amend written records to reflect any variation.
• Take part in person‑centred care planning, implementing, monitoring, and undertaking monthly evaluations.
• Support residents with medication requirements.
• Undertake staff supervisions and support staff with their development where required.
