Overview

As a Night Senior Care Assistant at HC One, you will bring kindness at the core of everything you do. In our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes, you will plan and implement care that gives residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver person‑centred care plans for residents and their families.
• Lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, and administer medication.
• Maintain accurate records of care activities.
• Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager with day‑to‑day care tasks, including supporting residents with mobility, feeding, and end‑of‑life care.
